Les Roos, ARA, began his professional appraisal career in 1986. He earned the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation in 1994 from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA), the nation’s preeminent organization for professionals who provide management, consultation, and valuation services on rural and agricultural assets. Now a retired member of the ASFMRA, he is a past president of the North Dakota Chapter of the ASFMRA. Les has completed a wide range of appraisal assignments in North Dakota and Minnesota. In conjunction with various assignments, he has also served as an expert witness in both state and U.S. and Canadian federal courts.
